cant kick the kink

So since my other blog idea didnt turn out the way I hoped, my dear friend Tasha said I should write about how I got into kink.

To be honest I am not sure how I got into it. Ive always been sort of curious of different sexual approaches. chicken (- the soup) for the soul

This was part of tonight's dinner: bacon wrapped chicken (marinated) and cooked in a Jim Beam bbq sauce I saved from Red Robin. It was very, very good.



This was the other part of dinner. Twice baked potatoes. The ones on the right are cheddar, bacon, and ranch ones. The ones on the left contain butter, sour cream, cheddar, bacon, chives, and spices. Mmmmmm. I do enjoy cooking, but damn is it hot in my house right now. Woo wee!

its a long, long way down

This is a short video of my brushing my long, long hair.

When I was little my hair used to be long. From about 5 years old and on my hair was kept short. From about19 until now (I am 27) I have grown it out since I like longer hair. It is very thick and lustrous too. Be jealous :P The color is not natural. And I have trimmed it some through the years or it would be a lot longer. Hair fetishists enjoy.

addiction additions

I may or may not have an addiction. I have far too many perfumes but most of the time I can not stop myself from buying more. Especially if I find them on sale or practically free. I have lots of Victoria Secret ones, Mariah Carey, Halle Berry, David Beckham, and blah blah blah. I love different smells. I will have to count my perfumes someday just to see how many in fact I do have. Today (the day after Christmas) all perfume gift sets every where were 50% off and of course I couldnt help myself. I got ones by Faith Hill, Britney Spears, Halle Berry, Heidi Klum, Mariah Carey, Shakira, and who knows who else. I got one from Antonio Banderas but that one is going to be a present for someone next year.

Right now I am wearing one of Mariah's, Honey lollipop bling, and it smells GREAT. Can I pick a favorite one? Well I could but then it would change every day because I like to smell different everyday. I cant wear the same perfume day after day after day. ;)

The year of the rats

Those are 3 of the 5 pet rats I have lost this year. Elixir, Jupiter, and Noodlez. I lost Elixir in June, Noodlez the 1st of December, and today (the day after Christmas) I found Jupiter cold and stiff in her cage. She had a uterine tumor and it must have just been her time to go. I lost two boys this year as well. Icarus in July, he had cancer, and Charlie on the 11th of December due to a tumor on his tail that broke open. 4 out of 5 of my babies that have passed this year I have had to put to sleep and then Jupiter died naturally. I didnt get to say goodbye to her. Her and Elixir were sisters so at least they are together again. Im sad because I wont be able to bury her til Spring because the earth is too cold and frozen now. :(

I miss them all so much. I have 3 rats left. Yuri, Mouse (daughter of Icarus and Yuri), and Flea. Mouse is my youngest, she is 8 months old. Yuri has two mammary tumors now so I dont know how much longer she will live. Flea is very overweight but not in poor health. He seems to be doing very well. I might look into getting another male for Flea to have some company and also to mate Mouse with so that I can have some more rats to love and spoil.

baking up a storm

The first thing I made today were these delicious looking Oreo balls. Probably the easiest things I made today.





This simmerin' crockpot of chili I prepared last night is finally done. We are going to have some for dinner and I will take some tomorrow to make a chili dip for the Christmas get together I am attending.





This is the delicious bread pudding I made today that will also be going with me to the gathering tomorrow. I am the one that brings desserts to any family gathering I attend. Desserts, never just one, always plural so that people have a variety to choose from.






And last but not least my dark chocolate crumb bars, that were specifically requested for Christmas. Yummy. Ill post recipes some other time. I am tired and so excited for tomorrow. Christmas is one of my favorite days of the year :)

all the livelong day

Right now I have some chili in the crockpot for dinner tomorrow, but also to make a chili dip for Christmas. I have so many things to make tomorrow as well. Cookies (mint chocolate chip, sugar, and gingersnaps) as gifts for people, along with bread pudding, dark chocolate crumb bars, and some Oreo balls to bring for dessert on Christmas day. *catches breath* Its going to be a lot of food.

I also have some peanuts, caramel popcorn, and pretzel sticks to put in jar for everyone to guess how many are in each. Just a little fun game to play when there are a lot of people around.

Motivation to get things done...

I needed a little bit of motivation to do the dishes today. I put my Ipod on the speaker dock I have and just selected for it to shuffle songs. The song I am singing is called "There Is No Arizona" by Jamie O'Neal. I do NOT own the rights to this song in any way, shape, or form. The banging around and the water sound in the background is just me doing the dishes that have been sittin' around for awhile. Enjoy.

I got another present today! A big box of tea from my dear friend Gina. I dont even know where to start. I also sent her a big box of tea. Its going to be our newest tradition as friends. I am excited. I like starting traditions with friends. Another friend of mine this year, Nicole, sent me some peanut butter fudge in a cute holiday tin. I told her after I finish the fudge I will bake her something sweet and send it back in the same tin, and that can be our tradition every year.

For those of you who read this I will brief you quickly. I was born in NJ but spent a most of my time growing up in NY and thats where most of my friends are. Most of them I know personally. Others I have met on the internet. I now reside in the midwest (Wisconsin) and I really love it here but I sure do get homesick sometimes. I miss my friends and family and what better way to cheer one another up then by sending things through the mail. Everyone loves expecting something in the mail. <3

My mom bought me this as a Christmas present. Its all about Lakehurst, New Jersey, a town my mother, most of my family and I grew up in. I havent started to read it yet, but hopefully I'll get around to it. If anyone out there who reads this post has read it let me know did you love it, hate it, or have no opinion at all? I own TONS of books and am in the middle of reading several good ones, so I hope I can get to this one soon. Its nice to read up on things that relate to you.

Darn Tootin'

I am going to start using this blog complain about all the mundane things in my life, the good the bad and the ugly, and just anything I find interesting and/or disgusting. I have a lot of things going on in my life and I tend to hold a lot of stuff in and I dont want to do that anymore.
